Yusheng @ Crystal Jade

We initially wanted to go to Soup Restaurant for Yusheng, as that was our yearly outing for Yusheng.

However, we realised that Soup Restaurant has not started serving Yusheng. Hence, we decided to try the yusheng at Crystal Jade instead.

We were so satisfied.

This is so good!

For their yusheng, they used strips of fried yam, which gives the yusheng a interesting and crispy taste.

Their E-Fu noodles is good too. The sauce was very tasty and generous in amount.
