Christmas Delights - Ham off the bone

My cousin from Australia gave us the Bertocchi Ham off the Bone (boneless ham) for Christmas.
This is leg ham which is hickory smoked.

We decided to roast it for dinner and topped up with peaches and broccoli.

No. Somehow it has water crystals in it. So, when we cooked it, it became watery.
