Lei Garden Chijmes

Finally tried the dim sum at the famous Lei Garden at Chijmes.

Was greeted by this when we entered the restaurant.
P.S - It is still alive. The eyes were moving. Ewww..

Fried Chee Cheong Fun - Quite an interesting dish I must say. Feels a bit like eating new year cake. 

Crystal dumplings - Nice but do not really like the texture of it

My Ramblings...

As you notice, we always ordered the same old dishes at every dim sum place.
This helps to benchmark against other dim sum restaurants that we go to.

Lei Garden is at the same level as Crystal Jade Palace.
Slightly more expensive dim sum.

I am however not very impressed that they use the wrong character for Singapore. The first word is wrong already. It should be 新 and not 星!!!!
