Highlight of the week - Crocodile Paw

Tried the Crocodile Paw at Thai Village on Friday.








Look at the ultra white bones...


My Ramblings...

Initially, was quite amazed and scared to eat it as we can still see the skin of the crocodile, unlike the meat and fins.

Can taste the meat (which is a slightly tough and nice) and something like collagen chewy-ness.
