My Ramblings...
I am very impressed with the Glutinous Rice.
One of the best I ever had.
It has dried scallops and Chinese sausage air flown from Hong Kong (p.s. Chinese sausage from Hong Kong has a wine taste in it).

The rest of the dim sum is average only.
Not very impressed with the steamed food because it sticks to the plate easily.
