To add on the the Christmas mood, there's carolling too.

Table setting

The Sunday Champagne Brunch at St Regis starts from 12pm to 3pm.

The pricing of the brunch is as follows:

SGD 170 ++ per person (with free flow of Perrier Jouet Grand Brut champagne, includes wines, cocktails and non alcoholic drinks)

SGD 138 ++ per person (includes non alcoholic drinks only, such as soft drinks and juices)

SGD 98 ++ for children

Please note that bottled sparking and still water are not included in the price.

The lychee martini is quite diluted.
Will take the champagne anytime.

Let's begin with a tour of the buffet.

There are three types of French oysters served, namely Gillardeau, Tsarskaya and Fine de Claire.

Tried one of each.. Yummy..
I love the sweetness of the Fine de Claire oysters.
They even have a small bottle of Tabasco sauce for your easy usage.

Sashimi, Crabs, Prawns etc

There are also salads, cold dishes etc.

One of my favorite is the parma ham, on top of melon jelly.

The most extensive ham selections.. Tried a few of them..

This is from the leg at the far right...

There is also a wide variety of bread..

That complements very well with butter

Desserts Galore
