Correct method of having Shabu Shabu?
1. Cook the salmon into the hot soup. The duration is determined by the time taken to recite "shabu shabu".
2. Dip the cooked salmon into the apple sauce...
Miso Soup - Very different from the conventional miso soup...

My Ramblings:
I am very impressed with the quality of food and their service. For every meal that is served, we could find a few coupons with it. One of it will provide a short description of the dish while the other will be a complementary coffee coupon.
The whole concept is great but the term izakaya is not appropriate. Their specialities are desserts rather than sake. In Japan, izakaya are small and dimly-lit places where people can sit and sip their sake and have some food at the same time. One such place in Singapore will be Tamaya at Cuppage (at the first level).
I am fussy, I know...
