Home Delivery - Rite Pizza

Rite Pizza takes orders from 10.30am to 10.30pm.
They have a total of 8 outlets around Singapore , i.e. Choa Chu Kang, Jurong, Woodlands, Ang Mi Kio, Hougang, Bukit Merah, Tampines and East Coast.

They served pizzas of three sizes:
  1. Regular (10 inch)
  2. Medium (12 inch)
  3. Large (14 inch)
We had the 1 for 1 promotion (which is quite common these days).
Ordered 2 medium pizzas and had a free free 1.5 litre bottle of drink.

Hawaiian Supreme - Contains cheese, chicken ham, crabstick, onion and pineapple
A different pizza as compared to other hawaiian pizzas.
The onions gives it a crunchy feeling.

Chicken Classic - Contains cheese, shredded chicken and mushroom.
Not too used to this flavour as you can feel the chunks of shredded chickens more than mushrooms.

My Ramblings...
I like this place - there is variety and the food is quite good.
However, the quantity is quite small and the price is a bit on the high side.

Nevertheless, if you need a curry fix, you may want to try this place out...

Hiroshima Fair @ Isetan Scotts

Isetan Scotts is having the Hiroshima Fair now.
There wasn't any ads on this.
But, I guess this should end by this weekend as the Hokkaido fair is next week.

Hiroshima-version Okonomiyaki
I would definitely prefer this version as there are less cabbages in it.
Instead, they have Chinese noodles and pork fried in it. Yummy.

Fried Oyster - This reminds of my home-stay in Japan when I was in Secondary 2. This was one of the dishes served on the dinner tables. Yummy!

Fried Squid

The fried items are available in frozen form.

Dim Sum @ Peach Blossoms

Tried the dim sum at Peach Blossoms restaurant at Marina Mandarin.

The table layout

This was the first dish served.
We were so disappointed when this was served as the skin was thick and crumpled...

The xiao long bao were sticking to the paper and hence the skin broke easily.
There's even residue on the paper...

Siew Mai

Char Siew Bao

Har Gau

The beancurd skin was so thick and hard that we were both so full after eating it.

Carrot Cake

Chee Cheong Fun

Prawns with mango

Seafood Rolls

My Ramblings...

The other dim sum items were fine.
However, we were so disappointed at the xiao long bao.
Such a quality should not even be served at the table...

Service was quite bad.
We had to call out several times before someone decides to serve us.
