My Ramblings...
I like this place. The variety may not be as wide as most places but the food served is good.
There are items that we can munch on anytime - abalone, soup, sayuh lodeh etc.

Although they only serve 1 boston lobster per person, it is cooked very well.
I rather they restrict the servings than to cook it slipshod...

In terms of price, it is reasonable too, approximately $43 per person.

Will definitely come again.

Pre Valentine Day - Part 1

The first thing that we usually do on a weekend - Go to Isetan in the morning.

It was the Kansai Fair from 8 to 17 February.

Kansai Okonomiyaki
The shop name is Teppanyaki Ichibanboshi.

We added toppings like scallops and octopus.

Osaka Ikayaki with Egg
The shop name was Ikayaki Yamagen

Pancake

Next, we went Resort World Sentosa to do a few things...
The CNY were beautiful.

And there were horoscope all around.

One of our to-do list - went to visit Valentino Retrospective.
Got two free tickets...

Some of my favourite pieces...

Next, we went to Tanjong Beach Club. I ordered the Tanjong Martini (consists of vodka, lemongrass and apple juice).

Valentine Day Dinner - Part 2

Guess what we did on Valentine Day when most places are fully booked?

We had Yusheng at the Crystal Jade at Vivocity!

I like their table setting although I was fumbling around with the two chopsticks. The one on the right was meant for Yusheng.

Their yusheng has yam strips, which makes it so good and crunchy.

Second dish was golden oyster nuggets with tarocurd sauce

A closer snapshot

Third dish was abalone ginseng chicken soup.

Stir fried prawns in spicy preserved beancurd sauce

I love this dish a lot. Esp the pomelo!

My Ramblings....
I love this place. The food is good and the style of cooking is very different.
They only serve set menus here and the food served for each menu depends on the week or month.
They are serving lobster meal from 28 February to 27 March.
