It tasted like the dim-sum custard bun with salted egg. You can see a generous chuck of bird nest in the middle but when you put the whole piece in, you can hardle taste it. I was already trying my best to taste the bird nest. Hee.. Nevertheless, it is quite interesting to be able to try out the hype about bird nest mooncakes.

Rating - 2/5 (from a practical person point of view)

My take, I still prefer my traditional mooncakes from Sheraton Li-Bai. Chewy and traditional. To date, I have finished 2 boxes (oops).
