(A)LURE at Burswood Resort.

We ordered wine,



Our Entree - Shark Bay crab cake, crab, bacon & asparagus salad, tartare sauce



For main courses, we ordered 2 fish mains, namely,
1. Roasted red emperor, chorizo risotto, soft saffron aïoli, red pimento crust
2. Ocean trout, beetroot and orange purée, beetroot and fennel salad, blood orange dressing






And of course, no meal is complete without desserts!!!
