CNY Dinner @ Zhou's Kitchen

Went to Zhou Kitchen for CNY Dinner.
Zhou Kitchen belongs to the Tung Lok group, which has one of the best dim sum in Singapore.

We ordered the 168 set for 4 people.

Yusheng

Braised Sharkfin with Dried Seafood in Pumpkin Broth

Deep fried prawns with wasabi mayo sauce

Braised Spinach Beancurd with Mushrooms and Vegetables

Coffee Pork Ribs with Almond Flakes

Stewed Spring Chicken with Chinese Herbs

Chilled Mango Pudding

My Ramblings...
The food was alright.
I love the Stewed Chicken and Mango Pudding.

However, service was quite bad.
One of the waitress pretended not to see us and hide behind a guy waiter so that she do not have to serve us.

One thing that we are very puzzled - the waitress and manager recommended a cheaper set to us instead of the 168 set. Apparently, the cheaper set has lesser variety and gives 4 tiger souvenir cups instead. Hmmm... Quite unusual for service staff to highly recommend a cheaper set though.
