Shiroi Koibito
One of my collegue just came back from Hokkaido with these goodies and this is so good...Biscuits with a slab of cream on it.. Something similar to eating kaya bread with a huuge slab of butter on it... It melts in your mouth and gives you that kind of everything is worth it feeling. Yes, this is the famous "Shiroi Kohibito" made by Ishiya. Understand that it can be purchased from Hokkaido fair in Singapore. I know that there is one during the first week of December at Medi-ya at Liang Court. Not sure about Isetan Shaw. Otherwise, one can also purchased it online...
